- Mixed Use: retail, office, residential, grocery-anchored, fitness center-anchored
- Neighborhood, Community, and Power Center Retail: emphasis on grocery- or pharmacy-anchored
- Medical Office
- Land for Retail Development
Deal Structures
- All-cash transactions, but will consider existing debt and joint venture arrangements
Transaction Size
- $1 million to $10 million for existing cash-flowing properties
- Suburban Vacant Land: Minimum of one acre
- Urban Vacant Land: Minimum of 20,000 square feet
Markets
Midwest with strong preference for infill markets with supply constraints
Trade Areas
- Population greater than 30,000 within 2 miles
- Average household income minimum of $50,000 within 5 miles
- High-traffic intersections preferred
