  • Mixed Use: retail, office, residential, grocery-anchored, fitness center-anchored
  • Neighborhood, Community, and Power Center Retail: emphasis on grocery- or pharmacy-anchored
  • Medical Office
  • Land for Retail Development

Deal Structures

  • All-cash transactions, but will consider existing debt and joint venture arrangements

Transaction Size

  • $1 million to $10 million for existing cash-flowing properties
  • Suburban Vacant Land: Minimum of one acre
  • Urban Vacant Land: Minimum of 20,000 square feet


Midwest with strong preference for infill markets with supply constraints

Trade Areas

  • Population greater than 30,000 within 2 miles
  • Average household income minimum of $50,000 within 5 miles
  • High-traffic intersections preferred
